A whole new world            

One day a girl called Jess and her family were walking past an estate agents  when the whole family came to a halt except for Jess she just kept walking.Then she noticed a few steps along the road her mum,dad and sister were all looking in the estate agents window, so she ran back to her family.The house they were looking at was a big  mansion in Spain.Wow! thought Jess she had never seen anything so big in her life!Her familys eyes were glued to the picture.The house they were looking at was half a million SMACKERS!Thats a lot of money said Jess's mum Christine.Well what else would you charge for a house like that! Christine had a huge smile on her face walking all the way back home.

The house they lived in now was nothing compared to the house they'd seen in the estate agents! It was a small little family house with poky little rooms.Jess lived with her mum Christine her sister Carmen and her dad Ian.They were not rich but not poor either.That night Jess went to her bed early  because that day she had been very busy.Her mum and dad were in the livingroom talking about the holiday home they had seen in the estate agents window." I think its great!" said Christine."The garden is huge and so are the rooms ,i think Jess and Carmen would love it".Jess lay awake listening to her mum and dad rant and rave about how much they loved the house they had seen.Oh no thought Jess this means  they might consider moving! No more talking english it will be spanish classes every week and no more playing with my real friends i'll never make new friends in Spain!"What shall i do now?"she said in a whisper.

The next morning she was up very early wondering around the house."Bye kitchen,bye livingroom.."she said.The whole family sat down in the kitchen for breakfast.Not once did Jess speak she was to scared to incase her mum or dad  said anything about Spain.After breakfast Jess's mum and dad gathered Jess and Carmen in the livingroom for a chat.This is it thought Jess were moving to Spain! "Me and your dad have something to tell you girls". Jess could feel her palms sweating with fear."We are moving to Spain!".OH NO!!! thought Jess why oh why."Its only down the road Girls why are you getting so upset Jessica?"JESSICA!! Mum  only ever called Jess that when she was being serious.Only down the road thought Jess?This was weird."What do you mean only down the road?I saw you looking at the picture of a spanish appartment in the estate agents window!"."Jess darling are you sure your feeling ok?" said her mum.Jess stood still for a minute  then she realised she was being totally stupid.Why hadn't she realised it before!Down the road there was a  little cottage called  Spain! No one knew why though.Jess cuddled her mum and dad and said "I love you guys...and Spain!!".The whole family chuckled loudly.
