The Night

The rain spattered harder on the window. Ella Shivered with fear. Sam was still asleep and  Ella couldn’t believe he had slept through the storm. 

"It will all be fine, mum and dad will come back and everything will be fine." Ella told herself, but she was curious of what was to come. It was getting later, darker and Ella  was beginning to panic more and more. Sam on the other hand was sleeping like a baby.

“OH” Ella began,” how I wish Sam would wake up!”.

At that exact moment Sam woke up flustered.

“SAMMMM!!” Ella shouted.

“What is it?” spoke Sam quietly.

Ella explained and told Sam not to worry, everything would be fine. But in the back of her mind she knew something was going to go horribly wrong.

“I’ve got it!” exclaimed Ella .

“Sam will you be ok on your own?”

“Are you joking me!!” screamed Sam, “anything could happen while you’re away galavanting!”.

Ella grabbed sam by the ear and gathered all the stuff she needed. She knew this was going to be a long night.

"Come on Sam we need to go and find mum and dad!".

Sam was petrified,Ella could  see it in his face.

Ella grabbed Sam once again by the ear and dragged him to the front door.

They walked out of the house shutting the door carefully.Each step was terrifing.Sam shuddered in the cold weather and Ella wrapped her jacket around him. The hard rain covered Ella and Sam's faces. It was a far walk to the pub to reach Mum and Dad. The rain got heavier with every step and the wind whistled and made the trees russel.As Ella was walking she could see somethimg shiny on the ground. Ella picked it up and looked. It was a small locket exactly the same as mums. Ella looked inside the locket and there where three pictures Ella,Sam and Fin. Ella confused looked at Sam. Sam looked back at her with piercing eyes.

"Sam!"Ella began,"Why are your eyes turning red!!!!"

"Give me that locket" screetched Sam. He grabbed it out of Ella's hand then dropped it on the ground. Ella wrestled Sam down to the gravel but the necklace rolled down the path into a small burn beside them. 

"NO! you idiotic little boy!" Screamed Ella. Sam's red eyes dissapeared. Ella shook him and all of a sudden they both were sinking into the ground........
